Realms are areas of the gaming "world" where just you and your selected friends are. One pays and all your other friends can play for free in your realm. Only you and your friends occupy your realm which is controlled by you.
Our planet has the heavens and layers to it. Beyond the heavens, there are realms where only certain activity takes place and nothing else enters that realm. You see, the world as we know it is also a Domain. Sound familiar?... Join us, as we continue and introduce you to these "realms."

In other words, Mindfulness is a practice that involves being present in the moment, without judgment or distraction. It can help us reduce stress, increase focus, and connect with our spiritual selves.
