Just like the internet and gamers use Minecraft Realms, our real world is just like that. Gamers can buy "Realms". These realms and the entire gaming "world" is modeled after the real world. Realms are areas of the gaming "world," where just you and your selected friends are. One pays for the realm, then all your other friends can play for free in your realm. Only you and your friends occupy your realm which is controlled and ruled by you.
Our planet has the heavens and layers to it. Beyond the heavens, there are realms where only certain activity takes place and nothing else enters that realm. You see, the world as we know it is also a Domain. Sound familiar?... Join us, as we continue and introduce you to these spiritual "realms."

The Practice of Mindfulness
Webster Dictionary defines Mindfulness as the practice of maintaining a nonjudgmental state of heightened or complete awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis. In today's culture we associate "mindfulness" with things like yoga and existential being, however we associate "mindfulness" as being completely aware of your thoughts, emotions and spiritually aware of your present.
In other words, Mindfulness is a practice that involves being present in the moment, without judgment or distraction. It can help us reduce stress, increase focus, and connect with our spiritual selves, our power on earth, and for some, our connection to the Holy Spirit.
The Realm Above.com and all of the other divisions of The Realm Above will always strive to be ever mindful of the people we share with and assist with love and compassion.
